    Hi Habib , God willing, most of us are fine, but our tools do have their issues. Please Spare us opening Pleasantries and feel free to just cut to the chase and declare  Jahad on Autel  if support doesn't come right out and ask how they can help you to fix your Maxi Sys problem.You save time describing problem and vehicle in detail. Just tell them something like, "Please Don't make me have to send this Maxi Sys  back to you guys , you won't want to be anywhere near that box." :-)
